Ventilation

Good ventilation is essential when using hazardous products.

If possible, work outside. If working inside, place an exhaust fan in a near window draw the air away from the work area to the outdoors.

Air conditioners do not provide sufficient ventilation because they recirculate air, even when set on "vent", and do not remove significant amounts of hazardous ingredients from the air.

If there is a scent of hazardous ingredients, the ventilation is not sufficient (although not all harmful ingredients have an odour) and there will be a need for a respirator to for protection
